A key element for producing high quality, durable laminated safety glass is even distribution of temperature throughout the furnace. Uniformity of laminated safety glass can only be achieved by uniform temperature during production.

By all accounts, creation of the equipment for production of safety glass, able to ensure the most suitable modes and homogeneous heating of the laminated glass composition (especially of large sizes) is the complex technological issue.

Lamiflex own experienced team of heat engineers, aerodynamicists and machine construction engiuneers, LamiFlex has developed an Air Flow – innovative system of forced heat transfer agent circulation inside the furnace that ensures the highest thermo technical parameters for the production of laminated safety glass.

The LamiFlex furnace product range allows for the processing of EVASAFE, PVB, SGP, TPU interlayers.  Even when laminating large glasses of 6000 x 3000-mm in the hold face the temperature difference will not exceed 4 degrees Celsius.

To test uniformity Lamiflex connected thermos couples along the entire glass surface and carried out real-time recording and digitalization of their readings beginning from the moment of the furnace heating up till the end of the cycle – forced cooling of the finished product.

Only Lamiflex lamination furnaces show these results also long-term. Actually Lamiflex was started due to the shortcomings of other, already existing, lamination equipment manufacturers.
