Thermal insulated bottom with rigid load frame, made of high quality rolled stock provides minimal requirements for production premise, makes furnace installation process very easy and its operation comfortable and economically feasible. At long-term operation there is no deformation of the load frame as there is applied the “know-how” technology for weld seams stress relief.

Our experienced team of heat, aerodynamicists and machine construction engineers Lamiflex developed the most sophisticated Air Flow – innovative system of the forced heat transfer agent circulation. This ensures the furnace has the highest thermo technical parameters of currently available lamination equipment.

The built-in powerful system of forced cooling of the finished products reduces to minimum the duration of technological cycle and positively influences on the production volume and quality of the finished products.

Depending on the method of future manifold glass units heating, the vacuum lamination furnaces may be divided into 4 types:

•  Convectional heating furnace – blanks heating is carried out at the account of the heat, given up by the heat transfer agent – air, circulating in the furnace. There are two options: with forced and natural circulation.
•  Radiation heating furnaces (IR) – there is applied for vacuum bag with the unit of future laminate the powerful flow of infrared radiation.
•  Contact heating furnaces – there is applied for blanks heating the uniformly distributed along the entire surface of vacuum bag base electrical heater or massive steel plate heated by circulating in its channels heat transfer agent.
•  Combined type – combination of several heating methods. Usually, it is the combination of radiation and convectional methods.

Laminated glass – is two or more glass sheets bonded together with the help of a special polymer composition.

Such glass is also called protective as in most cases it is used at glazing of objects with special requirements for safety. The main peculiarity of the Triplex is its incredible mechanical strength and impact resistance. Even in case of destruction of the laminated structure, the glasses do not fly apart, but stay bonded to the film. This reduces any possibility of injuries to minimum.
